# List program obligation totals records

GET https://app.defdex.io/api/v1/datasets/program-obligation-totals

Published program-obligation-totals collection. Existing generic route with a concrete dataset name. Requires data:read. Stable-key identity; ordered by program_id. Text search is unavailable; omit q.

## Authentication

- `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — Create a scoped key at https://app.defdex.io/developer/keys. Keep it private.

## Request

### Query parameters

- `limit` (integer, optional, default: 25) — Maximum records per page.
- `cursor` (string, optional) — Opaque next_cursor from the preceding page. Keep dataset, q and filters unchanged.
- `filters` (string, optional) — URL-encoded JSON object; exact equality on up to 12 published fields, AND-combined. Primitive or null values only; strings at most 500 characters. No range, array-containment, OR or sort operators. Allowed fields: program_id, state, reason, reason_detail, method, has_acquisition_code, codes, code_scope, obligated_usd, awards, actions, reviewed_awards, code_only_awards, overlap_awards, transferred_in_awards, transferred_out_awards, transferred_out_usd, shared_awards, shared_usd, unresolved_awards, held_awards, pending_links, pending_children, first_fiscal_year, last_fiscal_year, latest_reviewed_on, coverage_status, coverage_known_gaps.
